Menus

The Cornerstone Restaurant specializes in omelets. They are made with two or three eggs, or all egg whites, your preference and served with Cooked Grits and our House Baked toast. We have your traditional styles-Cheese, Ham & Cheese, Sausage & Cheese, Western-but we also provide you with options such as our Corned Beef and Potato, Steak and Blue Cheese, Mexican, Veggie, Spinach, and others. We also encourage you to enlighten us and create your own recipe. Available Cheeses include Cheddar, Swiss, American, Provolone, Parmesan, Pepper Jack, and Mozzarella. Ham, Sausage, Bacon, Country Ham, Corned Beef, thin sliced Steak, Chicken, and Turkey are included in our meat options. Our breakfast menu also contains traditional southern cuisine-Homemade Pancakes, Homemade French Toast, Biscuits, Croissants, Gravy, and Home Fries.

Our lunch is what we call “Casual Gourmet." We provide Gourmet Sandwiches on homemade breads, homemade soups, and Salads to go along with daily lunch specials. Favorites include our half pound Cornerstone Burger, a traditional Philly Cheese Steak, our Chicken Panini, and Toccoa’s best Reuben Sandwich. The Chicken Panini is our most popular lunch item. It consists of sliced chicken breast grilled with roasted red peppers, smothered with Provolone Cheese, and then topped with spinach and our specially mixed pesto mayonnaise. We then press and grill it to a golden hue. A close second to the Chicken Panini is our Reuben sandwich. We season and then slow roast our Corned Beef for six hours. Then we thin slice it, add sour kraut, thick sliced Swiss cheese, and spicy dijon mustard to fresh Rye before we press and grill it. The competition thinks they make a good Rueben...We know we have the best Reuben in our area. Our side items include homemade potato salad and a house specialty, grape salad. If you are not’t in the mood for a sandwich, we have several other options including daily lunch specials. Shrimp and Grits, Roast Beef with Gravy, Sirloin Steak, and Grilled Catfish are some of our most popular lunch specials.

Our dinner menu is where The Cornerstone solidifies itself as Toccoa’s Finest Dining. In our Casual yet elegant atmosphere, We offer thick sliced Steaks grilled to your specifications, Pastas, Seafood, and Gourmet Salads and Sandwiches. A local favorite is our Shrimp and Grits. We use slow cooked Cheddar Cheese Grits topped with specially seasoned and grilled Tiger Shrimp. More Cheddar Cheese, Green Onions, Bacon Pieces, and our special White Sauce is added to complete this signature dish. If you like New Orleans Cajun Cuisine, we have three dishes that make a trip to downtown Toccoa a must. The first is our Cajun Alfredo. It consists of Fettuccini noodles covered with a spicy Alfredo sauce, chicken, kielbasa sausage, and peppers. The second is Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffe. Over a bed of rice, we pour a thick cajun rue with sauteed Tiger shrimp and Crawfish Tails. Lastly is our Cajun Grouper. We very lightly batter an eight ounce Grouper Filet and pan sear it. It’s then placed atop a bed of rice, topped with four grilled shrimp, and covered with a Cajun cream sauce.
